With over two decades of experience in the autism care space, she leverages Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) principles to help hire resilient, high-performing teams that stay aligned with their core values.

As an autistic entrepreneur, wife, and mother of two diverse adult children, Holli Beth brings a deeply personal connection to her work. She ensures that her staffing practices prioritize compassionate, consistent, and high-quality care.

Holli Beth is also passionate about exploring the U.S. with her family and enjoys spending time with her three dogs, including training her service dog.
